<P>I am using these micro relays from Waytek (great place - the guy I spoke with knew much about wiring motorcycles). I am using velcro to put 4 in the headlight (hi, low, left and right turn signal) and one in the ridge under the tank (horn). </P>

<DIV></DIV>Hi Matt,
<DIV></DIV>The disclaimer first: I have the deeper V700/early Ambo headlight
<DIV></DIV>bucket.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>That said, the relays I used were just regular sized ones bought at the
<DIV></DIV>local Advance Auto. I drilled the hole in the mounting bracket of each
<DIV></DIV>out to 5/16", bent the tab slightly and attached them onto the part of
<DIV></DIV>the headlight mounting bolt that protrudes inside the bucket, one on
<DIV></DIV>each side.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>I'll probably mount my horn relay near the horn, under the tank
<DIV></DIV>somewhere. Could hide it in the u-channel of the frame. Cheers,
<DIV></DIV>

<DIV></DIV>> I have used the extra metal pieces in the horn kit (flat pieces with

<DIV></DIV>> panel. The other end I mount the relay to. They are angled a little over
<DIV></DIV>> 90 degrees, so they stay to the outside of the shell and out of the way
<DIV></DIV>> of the headlight. (these are the hi/lo relays for the headlight). I
<DIV></DIV>> still need to mount the horn relay. I was thinking of hiding it in the
<DIV></DIV>> area at the pointy end of the shell, behind the fuse panel, but then
<DIV></DIV>> it'd be hard to get at.
<DIV></DIV>> There is only room of the side brackets for the one relay, otherwise I'd
<DIV></DIV>> double 'em up.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>> Any ideas?
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>> BTW, the reason I did not relocate the fuse panel et.al. to the
<DIV></DIV>> toolboxes is because I am using a repro original wiring harness because
<DIV></DIV>> I didn't want to have to figure everything out by myself. :)
