Thanks Charlie,

I talked to Dave Quinn today. He seemed like a great guy with quite a bit of
knowledge about his product. I purchased a set of Hagons after we talked
about the application, rider weight, tyope of roads generally used, etc.
Price was very reasonable. I'll let you know. He said I should have them by
the weekend.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my shock question. I appreciate all of
your input. That is, of course, what makes this board so great. Thanks
again.

Rex

 Hi Rex,
Pat Galbraith is using a pair of Hagon shocks from Dave Quinn
Motorcycles on her Ambo after being less than satisfied with the
Progressives. From what she told me, Dave sets the shocks up to match
your weight, bike, etc. and they are priced quite reasonably. She was
especially happy with Dave's service. Check it out:

Happy New Year everyone. I am getting ready to put new shocks on
"Popeye" (my '72 Eldo California) and was thinking about Progressive
Suspension. I want a pretty good pair of shocks without remortgaging my
house. I got a part number from the Progressive Suspension website
(412-4211C) which it calls the heavy-duty option. Any comments or
experiences with these? I am 230#. It recommends the heavy duty for
riders over 200#. Would like to know your thoughts on these or other
suggestions for a reasonably priced alternative. Thanks in advance.
