Hey,
Thanks for all the responses. I decided, on the advice of several
listmembers, and after some more research, to try the POR Heavy Duty M/C
Tank Kit. This allows me to remove the current bad sealer, clean the
rust, and reseal. POR recommended that I coat the chrome with oil to
protect it.
I will let you know the results.
I love it that there are so many opinions and solutions offered for
almost every question asked. This is an excellent forum.
