Ian,
I need to replace the O ring. The one I have does not have any compression when pushed into the bore. If you hold a straight edge across the side of the piston with the O ring installed, the tip of the O ring just barely touched the straight edge, so thats why I have a steady leak back there.
Did you order the stock O ring or an oversized one?
I checked the local True Value for a replacement but, could not find the exact size I need. This needs to be dead on to fit right
