sluggish, but persistient. angry, hungry, shackled [come ON come ON let's
GOOOOOOOOOOO!] but the carbs said "hey- you are being over-fed".
Keith- are ya gonna call Mark? [again?] or do ya have 'em in your
garage? if so, ya just grind off the 'rings' so that the K&N's fit. got

The stacks are important to create a smooth, laminar flow into the carb.
From my personal experience, fuel mileage is better, acceleration smoother,
top end stronger, etc.
