Inspect and clean ALL wiring connections in this circuit. Use good
dielectric grease on reassembly.
Inspect your timing. Too much advance at idle can slow down and stop a
starter motor.
Test another starter in this bike. Consider disassembly and cleaning of the
starter and to ensure there are no burned up armature wirings.
