Congrats !
Put em together like you intend to RIDE not like you expect to TINKER
and they RUN !!! Even the old Triumphs started on the first kick after a
complete rebuild. Brought a huge grin every time. Nothing wrong with a
set of Amals either. I just sold my '74 Eldo with Amals to Sport Cycle
in New York. It ran GREAT ,I think it even had a better top end than the
Del'Lorto carbed Eldos. Just a little different in operation . I'm
thinking of a pair of Mikunis for my '72. 34 or 36 millimeter should be
about right .

when you take one apart like this and put it all back together, and it
seems so eager to run, there will always be a spot in the garage for one
of these, regardless of how may other bikes new or old I may acquire.

I take mine anywhere without worrying WITHOUT disc brakes ! But then
again I never worried on ANY bike ,even the BRIT bikes with LUCAS
electrics !And they NEVER let me down.At least since 1966 !
