I have really considered the swap, especially since I found out that
you could adapt a generator drive to the newer engines, but my goal is to
build a super quiet Goose sort of like the old air head beemers but more so.
Maybe even a set of hydraulic lifters and a reground cam. Plus, it's
something to do, a challenge, not a real logical thing. If I had any logic I
would probably have bought a new EV then I could complain about warped
rotors. Anyway this is my third loop since '78 and they get in your blood.
