It's Police Motorcycle Historical Association (pmha.org).
Several police Eldos for sale.

There used to be a police motorcycle historical society, or some such, on the web. May still be there.
There was a guy I got ahold of through that group that had sets of those same bags for sale, along with CHP tank decals, and other goodies.
Those bags are cool but very very small. They'll hold your tool kit, rain gear, and lunch but not much more. That's why I opted for the larger and just as cool Buco bags.
To use them, you'll need the bag carrier. Do you have one?
I can try to dig out the information, but it was several years ago so I may not find it.
Interested?

Yep, original steel bags, one has compartments in it, 2 small and 1 the length of the bag, I gather for tickets?? They were all black originally but I liked the look of the 2 tone bags on Moe's site (cyclegarden.com), so I tried to duplicate it. Not too bad for a basement paint job, stripe addition, and Moto Guzzi emblems addition, though definitely not a professional job. Thanx for the tip on taking pix, will try it out. I also was reading my Palmcorder book and I boosted up the digital camera resolution from std to fine which doubles the resolution. Perhaps the next few shots will be much clearer. Will snap a few more and post on that yahoo website. Thanx for the positive comments. Makes the near 2 year effort that much more rewarding!

| Had a great 4 hour ride with Cam today, and finally pulled out the digital camera to snap some shots (still figuring out how to use this new Panasonic Palmcorder). I posted a few "before" pix (71 Guzzi, 71Ambo, and ambospeedo) and a bunch of pix after todays ride. |
