The cap is a screw on. There's a small pin hole underneath, but don't
see where any vapors would escape.

Today, riding with Keith Ruff, I stalled a couple times in fourth and fifth gear. The quick fix is to crack the gas cap as it's ready to choke out, and a couple seconds later it's cruising great.
