The chaine and tensioner replacement is simple enoughand will last what...50k miles? As I read through guzziology the other night, it is noted that the oil pump has to be relocated on the chain bike to accommodate the gears. Much fiddling, placing and drilling. -----Original Message----- From: H.Alex Balogi [mailto:alex_b-@hp.com] Sent: Thursday, March 21, 2002 4:27 PM To: Loopfram-@topica.com Subject: Timing chain et al. ============================================================ Largest Selection of Window Treatments! So... I'm considering gears since I need sprockets and chain. What's your opinion? Price vs. longevity. Just did the sprockets and chain on the LeMans and it was pretty straight forward. There have been gears (and chains) on my fav. flea e-market (Ebay) but none today. What's yer thoughts on this...?
