Tim,

I personally like the look of the National on the Loops. Some don't because it makes them look too much like a HD.

With the Eldo you aren't faced with the decision of having the cut the single speedo instrument nacelle.

One thing to be sure of is that you get the National windshield with the right spacing between the brackets. I believe the National comes in two widths. Easy enough to measure between your brackets.

As for alternatives....MG Cycle (MG Classics too?) has a "clamp" type windshiled. The frame clamps to the forks and the windshield is held by two brackets that come up. I think their web site has a pic.

the "harley style" windshields by National cycle on a loopframe. I have the brackets that attach to the fork tubes, as I was told that was needed for this type of windshield. Any other ideas for windshields?
