Zer,
I have a Wixom that I have never installed. Turns out if I did install it I
would never get the bike through the shed doorway here at my house. Yeah,
that's my life. It is paintable, could be made to look like part of a bike
setup. Interested? Also, can you send me a pic of your Perry? Bob

looks the same basically. bu instead of a round top with a rolled bead
edge
it is more squared. lessee how my ascii drawing works.

is what the top is shaped like. works really well and the price was right
(kinda beat up) but not exactly what I wanted. I was gonna hang onto it
until I found somethng I did like.

Tim,

I personally like the look of the National on the Loops. Some don't
because

it makes them look too much like a HD.

With the Eldo you aren't faced with the decision of having the cut
the

 single speedo instrument nacelle.

One thing to be sure of is that you get the National windshield with
the

right spacing between the brackets. I believe the National comes in
two

widths. Easy enough to measure between your brackets.

As for alternatives....MG Cycle (MG Classics too?) has a "clamp" type
windshiled. The frame clamps to the forks and the windshield is held
by

 two

brackets that come up. I think their web site has a pic.

All the best...Ian

the "harley style" windshields by National cycle on a loopframe.
I

have the brackets that attach to the fork tubes, as I was told that
was

needed for this type of windshield. Any other ideas for windshields?

Thanks,
Tim
