You are fortunate that it is the ouboard studs. The oil seal ring is at the
top under the rocker carrier. Had this been the top center or bottom center,
you would have to remove the cylinder to get at the oil seal ring below the
cylinder.
Do NOT try to grab this with pliars, etc. Buy a good quality stud wrench and
remove it with that. You can double-nut the new one to screw that into
place. Good luck.
