hi guys-
i have installed new cyls., pistons, & rebuilt heads on the 'ol eldo.
strangely, the exhaust note from the left side is not robust [sounds really,
uh, odd] & the emmissions from that side have no heat. i have swapped
sparkplugs, cleaned the carb, checked the distrib., and am at my wit's end!
[not all that far from where i normally reside, btw].
get this- the compression is 160 lbs [both sides- questionable guage], the
pipes are hot, but the air coming out is not warm. [?????????] ya really
notice the sound differance about 1200- 2000 rpms, as far as i can tell, w/
no tach. i am STUMPED! ideas? anyone?
