Subject: Bates Bag Mounts

Anyone know if there is a product currently avaliable that will mount a
pair of Bates Interstate saddlebags to an Eldo. I have seen several bikes
that have them mounted on Loopframes in years past. The Interstate series
were the ones that had the chrome guard rails wrapped around them so if
anyone can give any advice I would be greatfull since I have a pair
gathering dust that came from an old Norton.
