Hi All,
The reducer are not real noticeable unless you remove the manifolds from the
heads. They're sandwiched between two gaskets and sometimes appear like another
one. Look closely to make sure they aren't there first, maybe even unbolt one
manifold to check if necessary. Cheers,

I have only seen the short plastic inserts that fit into the carb body. Could that be why my bike has difficulty at times? Are these inserts easy to come by?
