It's called Dellorto Motorcycle Carburetor Tuning Guide. I found a website
that has more Dellorto stuffhttp://www.racecar.co.uk/dellorto/
Just follow the info on the screen. The website I got the Guide from is
http://www.users.bigpond.com/pabooth/Dellorto/dellorto.html, but this link
is no longer available. More Dellorto info at
http://www.dropbears.com/bikelinks/parts.htm. This is all I have been able
to find for now.

I got it off the net, but I checked on the site today and it seems to
have
 
 been taken off. I only have a hard copy of it now. It uses the P series
carbs to explain how the Dellorto works, installation angles, operating
ranges, Venturi effect etc. Pretty useful info I think. I might have it
on
 
 soft copy somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

It depends on the type of Carbs you have on your bike. VHB has 3
grooves
 
 on
 the taper needle, while the P series ones have 4 grooves. I have a
whole
 
 
 Dellorto guide on carb tuning.
