Hey Tim,
I had to do this many moons ago when my (then) idiot brother-in-law, who
knew everything, figured that 100 foot/pounds of torque was good for those
bolts!
What I do is drill the bolts out further, until there isn't much left but
the threads. I've always been able to peel them out after that. You do have
to be very careful, so as not to ruin the threads
