I did it on Heather, it will work on a police dash but not a standard V700,
you have to gring out a little bit of the dash and there is not enough room
on a V700 dash, the cable fits nicely, I used a 2:1 the indicated speed is
not exact, I never got a chance to clock it exactly but I think it was off
about 7 mph at 60 if I remember. Maybe Heathers new owner can comment on
indicated speed?
