I talked to Mark.
He re-enforced what everyone says about him. Super dude. Mark, I appreciate
the time.
I grabbed my spare 4 speed tranny. I didn't hold a lot of hope that the
bearing would be there as the tranny came separate from the bike. But it was
there. Now I was confused as there was a needle bearing in the spot. I
remember ball bearins (and scraps of metal) coming out when I dismantled the
bike.
So I called MArk. What I did not know is that there are some 4 speeds that
take the larger bearing already.
So it;s back to the shop to confirm what exactly is in the bike. I suspect
(and Mark does) that it is the small hole.
Dave,
Whatcha want for the bearing? I probably ought to get the washer that goes
with as well. I use the address on the web site I presume?
