Rick,
Gone from too lean to too rich. At least you can say that you finding =
both ends of the spectrum :-) Fouling out quickly has to be just too =
rich a mixture. Are you sure that you have the choke shut off and there =
is slack in the cables?=20
I think that the needle position should be the second notch from the =
top.
By the way....even if you idle for quite some time that should not foul =
the plugs.
Keep working on it...you're getting there....Ian

Ok,
Anyone know what could be causing plugs to foul out quickly?
I am on my second set and have only about 10 miles and a lot of =
idleing on the last new set.
I have the carb set left about 1 turn out on the mixture right about =
3/4 turn out, needles in the third notch from the top
in the top notch bike seems to run to lean. Plugs are burning =
really black. =20
