Hairspray will get those grips on, and you don't have to wait........as a
matter of fact, you gotta get 'em on right away!!! The hairspary dries very
quickly. Apply it generously, to bar, and inside grip.

Brillo or scotch-brite pad may help |
I use liquid soap to put grips on...can't ride for a couple of days, but once it dries, they really stay put. Just a little dab 'l do ya. to take off the grips. They are in great shape except for the usual yellowing of the stock white ends. Does anyone have any tricks for getting this back to almost white. WD40 almost did something, Simple Green worked a little, Bleach didn't do a thing, a Brillo pad worked a little more, but they still are a wee bit dirty looking. Any ideas? Also what should I use to 'glue' them |
on? I have heard WD40, Hair Spray, contact cement etc, who had any good tips?
