Hi Ed ,I have rebuilt many motors,but Iam fairly new to moto guzzi.I have
not seen to many upper rod bearing that bad .Taking the wrist pin in and out
should have no effect on the upper rod bushing.When you put the pin in the
bushing is their any up and down play?
I have worked on two moto guzzi motors and each had one push rod with a
loose end? something else to think about,,,,,,,,,how about valve guide to
valve,should not have much more than .002. tops.
