As a law enforcement officer, I'm embarrassed by the CHP's lack of
professionalism. Nothing worse than a cop with a hard-on that doesn't
know what he's doing. Nothing but a power trip. These are typically the
guys that are too afraid to confront a real bad guy. The traveler should
have gotten a police escort thru California!
