No Keith, you are welcome here. Come visit. The issue only involves
foreign nation plates, not out-of-state plates. BTW, we're pretty much
confirmed the officer is ignorant of the law and our complaint follow-up
is in progress. Other than not having papers, our rider was fully in
compliance and within his rights to drive.
