Charles,
You sure can mount them. Below the seat there is a small web section on the
frame. A hole will have to be drilled thru this and then you can mount the
top of the crash bar here. It's also a good idea to place a small piece of
flat bar on the other side to help with reinforcing the hole, that's how the
originals are done.

Is it possible to install Rear Crash Bars on a civilian Ambo 71... I tried
to look but could not find where to fix the upper part...
if it is possible, what kind of drilling is required ????
