My friend bought a tidy convert - assured by the seller that the
flywheel/flexplate had been upgraded. Guess what? It hadn't. The flywheel/flexplate
has failed massively due to metal fatigue. He needs a replacement but has had
no luck in finding one. Does any looper know of, or have, a late design
flywheel/flexplate for a '76 Convert?
If so, contact me off list and I'll put you in touch with the bike owner. I
really want him to get on the road and join us for this riding season.
