Hi Dennis,
Yep, I had the same problems that you had plus another. Had EPCO
Stainless make headpipes with the Loop curve and Tonti flanges - somehow
they got it wrong. When one was laid on top of an original, the flange
was about 1/4" higher. Top curve way off. Very disappointed, as I'm sure
you were. Sent the whole system back over two months ago and have tried
to contact them several times without success.
Still hoping that it might be corrected and returned sometime this year,
but am not holding my breath. Insult added to injury: they double
charged my credit card for the headpipes and have yet to refund all of
the second charge (been trying to get them to since Nov.).

| By the way, didn't you intend to put that stainless steel police style exhaust system from that Ohio fabricator on this bike? As I recall, you had the same problem with the fit-up between headers and muffs and crossover that I had when I tried to use them. So, did you give it up and decide to use the ones in the photo? |
