Did you check Guzziology? Or Mark at Guzzi Classics. He will know.

I have two used but tight u-joints to choose from. One I know for a fact
came off a stock '73 Eldo. The other I bought on ebay (I know, I know)
and it is slightly different although it was advertised as Eldo by a
reputable ebay guzzi parts seller. The differences on the ebay model are
these:
1. one of the splined ends is slightly shorter than the other and
shorter than the stock u-joint, making the overall length of the u-joint
shorter
2. the central thick yokes are wider than the stock joint
The splines themselves are the same, inside and outside dimensions, as
are the bearings portions. The overall thickness of the whole joint is
the same.
Any ideas? I'd like to use the ebay joint, as the carrier bearing
surface is cleaner.
