Hi Greg,

Actually, I think you have a 1250 1540 because yours does not have the
windshield bracket cut outs. The 1350 1540 looks the same but does not
have the cut outs.

 1350 1540 - single gauge dash for Eldo Police models. Has a key hole
(plugged) and the mounting plate on the front for additional lights.
Also has six holes for mounting - 2 in the rear for attaching to the
triple tree, 2 in the front for attaching to the triple tree, and 2 more
inside these front two for ????? Also has cut outs for the windshield
brackets.
Never seen one of these.
