Just looked at the wheel itself, it is perfectly centered between the
forks. Looked closer at the fender arms that attach to the forks, it
appears the right side has a slight bend in it pusing it over to the
left, perhaps I need to bend that side straight and bend the other to
push the fender more to the right?
