howdy, folks-
still have no spark. according to the multi-meter, there is only 6
volts going to the starter [the small wire] and i am seeing nothing at
all at the generator [marelli- the red wire goes to the back of it,
right?] the only thing hot at the regulator is the red wire [12volts].
field and the red/brown is dead. any ideas? as an aside- i have yet
ANOTHER V-700 motor in the shop, and the exhaust nuts are stuck, big
time. destroyed one of 'em already. used heat, punch, chisel, BFH, all
to no avail. sheesh.... feel like an fng. spring is a coming- need to
get these old mutha's done- appreciate any ideas!
