Well... I guess I will have to take the cylinders off again.. Not a big deal since the heads are not mounted yet and I now have practiced enough... When I took the cylinders off, it had rings on all studs.. I don't think it would leak with the rings under the cylinder but if I leave them I do not have enough for the head.. Thanks guys for the info!!

that's what i thought - it looks like in picture 5 that there are orings
on all the studs. don't know if it would leak at base gasket because of it.

it looks like you put o-rings on all the cylinder studs under cylinder? should be just 2 on top and bottom stud, then other 4 under rocker holder..or am i wrong? and can't remember if orings go > under base gasket or on top of base gasket...
Guzzilogy 4-24...2 are placed on the 2 short studs between the base gasket and the cylinder head (tapered for them) On the 4 long studs they go between the cylinder head and rocker arm support which is also tapered for them.
