OH. OK, I think Mark Ethredge makes the big ones for the single
instrument dash out of cut o-ring stock. You might consider that. Buy
a huge o-ring bigger than you need and cut a section out so it fits in
place. Put the seam at the bottom.

Same size as the instrument housing. I think the ones your talking about are the actual dash mount isolators.
