You guys are getting way too politically correct for me.
It's just fine to say that the walrus-mustached potty-mouthed harley-boy wanna-be loudmouth on the chopper show is nothing but a media-generated punk, who wouldn't know a real motorcycle or a real rider if one bit him on his chin. It'd be true, too. Maybe I'll get the chance to say it to his face someday and we can have another "reality" show on TV where he gets to show how tough he really is by kicking my ass.
And it's ALSO OK to say that some movies are really just crap JUST like they look like they are, with no redeeming social value. I've found that sometimes, the emperor really DOES have no clothes, and it's OK to say it and not wonder if you're somehow getting left out and need to say something nice about it so you won't look like you're not with the "in" crowd somehow.....
All that being said, the main reason I ride Guzzis is because I have found that there is a very high density of genuine motorcycle riders and genuine people among Guzzisti; don't know why it is but there it is....Note I didn't say they were all likeable or they were all like me, but there's almost no fakes or posers in my experience and that suits me.
