i've only done it twice, i'm sure there's plenty of folks more
experienced at it then me..i've heard a few horror stories though, even
with factory tool..

This is the last piece on the bike that is not taken apart yet. If I take that apart then I have taken everything that I can take possibly apart. I guess there is always the starter and the altenator.. You both are problaby right to check it now since the motor is apart... There was not too much of the coating missing (about 1/2"x1/8" piece, but it could be in there. I checked the spindles and all oil ports already and did not find anything...
