Alan,
Having many types of motorcycles over the years and replacing my head pipes on the Eldo last year, in my opinion, stainless is the only way to go. Mine get a bit of a straw color tinge to them close to the heads (which looks pretty good with my bronze paint job) but the beauty of it is that with some Never-Dull wadding and 5 minutes takes them back to their original state.....rust is a thing of the past.....can't beat 'em!

I'm thinking about replacing the head pipes on my Eldo. Should I go for stainless or chrome? I'm thinking chrome, as that would original. Any thoughts? Thanks, Alan P. Daytona |
