Does anyone have an exploded diagram of a Marrilli starter or know of where
one is online? I was troubleshooting a starter problem (and cleaning it up
and making it purdy, when I knocked the series of washers, that go under the
end cap (brush side), out of the order that I had them stacked in. I want to
be sure they go back the way they came out. These consist of a fiber
(insulating) washer, three shim washers and a large washer with three tabs
bent at about a 30 degree angle. What order from the windings up do these go
in? And the washer with the tabs, do they bend towards the end cap or
towards the windings. Right now from the windings up, I have the fiber
washer, the shims and then the washer with the tabs bent towards the end
cap.
Thanks,
Rich
