No sign of a VIN #, just that one plate and "Moto Guzzi" stamped on the
steering header. No signs of a missing plate or rivets either, go
figure.....

My 70 has a tag on the frame but it only says something about Moto Guzzi
conforming to laws, etc... it does not have the VIN # or date of
manufacture on this label. I can not find the VIN or date of
manufacture anywhere on the frame. VIN # is on the engine casing. Was
wondering if they did not put VIN # labels on some of the earlier
Ambo's.
Also, if anybody has some carb venturi's laying around, I would be
interested in purchasing them, please contact me off the list.
BTW, Dave W and Rob Prins, my wheels should be finished this week at the
Powder coaters, so I will probably have your wheels ready for
shipment/pick up this weekend, will send you an e-mail when they are
ready to go.
Thanx.
