While comparing notes with Greg Bender. Our 4 spds, shimmed of course,
sometimes resist down shifting. The lever travels all the way but
nothing happens.
Mine sometimes exibits this when I'm at a light in 3rd and go to down
shift to 1st, while stopped, and the lever goes thru full travel but
nothing happens. If I let the clutch out a little (get some flywheel
movement) it will catch and then downshift.
Nature of the beast????
