Hi Ron,
The precise procedure varies from email program to email program
(Outlook, AOL, Yahoo!, etc.). But, what you want to do is "Blind Carbon
Copy" all of your recipients. This is also called "Bcc". Usually, I put
myself in the "To" field and put everyone else in the "Bcc" field.

Guzziesti, Someone sent me instructions for sending a mailing to a group in "address book" without having all the names &addresses go out to all recipients at the top of the message. Duh! I've misplaced them, would the sender (or anyone else who knows) be kind enough to send them to me again? I'd prefer to respect everyone's privacy if I can. Thanks, Ron Komoroski |
