There is a later version of the "selector drum pawl bolt" that has a
hose "bib" on it. Don't think the four-speed ever came with it, but
later five-speeds did. Should be available from MG Cycle, Moto
International and others (and maybe dealers still). They were less than
$10 last I bought one.

Or simply drill the breather hole a bit larger (not the whole way
through - just 1/8" deep or so), then solder/braze/JB Weld a short piece
of brake line or similar pipe into the hole.

Ted, you'll just want to connect a hose, run it up and attach it to
frame tube or something. Cheers,

The selector drum pawl bolt has a hole drilled in the middle of it that
allows excess pressure to be relieved from the transmission. I don't
think a drain hose was originally fitted to this, but I'm sure you could
put one on.

Hi all. On my eldorado, when I got it, there were two hoses tieing the
breather to the crankcase. The third outlet (the angled one) had no hose

on
it. Should this just be a rubber tube for draining oil? (I guess NOT
dripping directly in the path of the rear tire)

Also, on the left side of the transmission (as you sit on the bike)
there is
a nozzle that looks like it should have a hose hooked to it, what's that
for? (it's smaller than the breather drain tube)
