I have heard about problems with the generator bracket and found mine
loose over the weekend. When I stripped the parts off I found the rear
mounting bolt broken off. From the looks of the bolt its been broke for
some time. Used an "Easy-Out" and removed the bolt. Any updates I need
to do to the gen bracket while it is out. Looks like a poor design with
the two mounting bolts so close together. Should I lock-tite the bolts
in place? What torque setting for the two bolts? Do I need to reinforce
the mounting bracket, someone told me a while back the bracket can
crack?
Thanks for any feedback.
