welp, out of the 7 or so tanks i painted this year, 1 has bubbled around
the filler neck. it's not a screw type cap, and i didn't paint all the
way up the neck. what am i doing wrong? i thought the paint generally
got ruined by the caps cutting into the paint, and getting under it
there, but this one i can't figure out - should i have painted with
por-15 or something first? what is the best way to do this so there is
no question that paint will not bubble.
