I got the fenders, headlight, H/L ears, and tool boxes back from the
painter prior to my 3 week trip out to Northern Idaho, so they were
already mounted. Got my tank back on Sunday, along with the battery
covers, tool box lids, and bags. Installed the petcocks, fuel lines, &
mounted the tank & the other pieces on Sunday night. Yesterday after
work I pulled it down off the stand, fuelled it up, and took it for a
spin. It's not licenced yet so I didn't take it out on the interstate,
but in town Ol' Junkyard is a real cream puff!
Hey Corntown, ya listenin'? You got that Poopsicle runnin yet? Me &
Junkyard will be on your doorstep July 15th, ready for a run to
Lexington, Ohio, so you better get busy!
