Did you put the square slide in backwards? Long end towards cylinder (I think). This will cause an overly rich mixture.

It needs a starter relay now, before I will really know if that problem is really fixed. The cost for the valve job: $111.25 for the valves and guidess, $30 for the labor...Greg '74 LAPD 1. Left side plug fouls out all of the time. 2. When the engine is started and both cyclinders are firing - I pulled up on the throtle cable on the right side the engine reved as expected. When I tried the same thing on the left cylinder the motor bogs down and does not rev up. What could be causing this? Thanks, |
