Charlie,
What did you ask for when you ordered from Buchanan's? I emailed them about
spokes and nipples for my Ambo and I have had no response. Did you reuse any
old spokes or replaced all of yours. Did you get polished stainless or
regular stainless spokes with what style nipples. Also what did the sset per
wheel cost.

On it the spokes were corroded into the hub and were a real bear to remove. Ended up destroying half of them in the process. May not be a bad idea to use a good penetrating oil such as "Kroil" to soak the spoke/hub junction for a while before the anticipated disassembly day. By comparison, reassembly was quite easy. I used new s.s. spokes and nipples from Buchanan's and they sent along two bottles of lube ("cutting oil") for the threads with the direction to lube generously. Not sure if this as much of a concern with stock spokes and nipples, since one is stainless and the other nickle-plated brass.
