(and frame) form this guy in CA. He is saying $92 to ship to me here in

Sounds like a lot but I have to ask. I can't imagine all the goods that

get

around the US being that expensive. I know that UPS is a rip off
organization (from my experience and is my opinion) but is this what it
costs to ship? Or is this another way to make money on Ebay?
