check the voltage regulator they stick quite alot.
You should be able to helicoil the tank

Oh, and that 4-speed seems awfully sloppy compared even to the Eldo
gearbox. The generator light is also on even though I flashed it.

I think these are mainly minor problems and it sure is satisfying to
have the Ambo our on the highway again.
